Alvarado Landscaping

No firearms aloud!! Posted on the window outside the door. Possibly an ok business but I will not be returning. I can get the same things for the same price right around the corner.

I rarely leave reviews and prefer to leave wonderful ones, but sadly I was very disappointed with this company. I had them install a lawn in new home 1 year ago in October. Installation went fine and I purchased their fertilization contract as they said this was required for them to provide reseeding in Spring. I had to call 11 times for them to reseed. No one returns your call when they say they will. I watched as then only reseeded only a few area patches. I watched as a competitor company was out in the rain reseeding every patch in my neighbors yard. My whole front lawn has a ton of small patches that they never touched. I now have to do the project myself. This was my experience I hope others have a better one.

I used this company a few years ago. Had a dump truck deliver some topsoil. No problems with that. I recently called to get a quote from them regarding grading around my house. They said somebody would come out and do an estimate. They never came, so I called again and they did not have any record of my call or somebody coming to my home. They said they would call me back once they talked to the other staff to see what happened. No one called me back. I had to call again. Was told that they would look into it. I still have not received a call back. I really wanted to go with this company since they are family owned but I will not be using them again.

Jose and his team were fantastic!!! Thank you all for transforming our back yard! They were efficient and creative and exceeded our every expectation! We have worked with at least 3 different landscapers over the years and none have compared. Scope of work included replacing the lawn and adding drainage, a stone patio, adding large privacy trees around perimeter, adding stone around the perimeter, creating new beds, transferring current plants to new homes, the list goes on!! and they did all of this in 5-7 days!!! Thanks for your hard work!

We are very unhappy with our lawn installation as there are huge gaps of missing grass all over our yard. We have called and called and the owner has not responded to this issue. We will never use Alvarado landscaping again. Very disappointed with our lawn and the fact that the owner could not even call back to address this issue made the experience even worse. Very dissatisfied with the lawn installation and lack of response/professionalism.
